Introduction to Wood

 

Safety: Safety goggles as required by industry are required by each for each student.

 

General Safety rules and techniques are discussed and reviewed. All students must pass the safety test before being allowed to use machinery in the shop.

 

Tools introduced:  that apply to wood working

 

Measurement:       the English standard of measurement is used.
