  • To submit a facilities use request, please click here: https://www.facilitron.com/auhsd92801, where you can search for any facility within AUHSD. 
  • Once you choose your facility(s) and add it to your cart, you'll be prompted to log in OR create a Faciitron account.
  • Continue through the checkout process.
  • To enter your request without submitting payment right away, you can select the Pay By Mail option at checkout and pay later.
  • If you do not see the date(s)/time(s) you need, simply follow the checkout process until you reach the confirmation page; then, use the Comment section to indicate the date(s)/time(s) you actually need to book.
  • After you submit your request, your reservation will go through the approval process by school and district administration.
